"The first thing most people have when they enter a Auto shop is trust. Trust that their car is in safe hands. After my experience at this certain shop, I can say that I have never regretted trusting people so much as I have with them. It is the most dishonest place I have ever gone to. I took my truck to get a simple sensor placed, came out with problems the truck didn’t even have before entering this Auto Shop. Then they said they could fix it, but we would have needed to pay more. I’m sorry, why would I have to pay for problems it didn’t even have before I entered the place? Don’t recommend this Auto Shop."

"I've been dealing with Don for 10+ years. I'm a pretty good "shade tree" mechanic, but when I need a real mechanic I go to 36 Auto. They have always done great work and been very fair with me. Tish is great in the office and Charles is a top notch and hard working mechanic. Great people. Good work. That's a hard act to follow."
