"My 1st time shopping here. Better than a Ross or TJ Maxx for athletic wear, etc. This store was well stocked, clean, orderly with pleasant staff. If you are a frugal shopper it's worth a visit. Recommend."

"I want to say every time i have come to this store I have received a lot of great customer service. Specially tonight, after the holidays trying to stay organized with receipt, I seemed to have lost my receipts for my return. Instead of getting the same response as everyone else of getting only store credit, Isaeah said he was able to look up my orders with my cards. Even though there was a long line and the process was a bit long he still went beyond and above to help me out. I really appreciated this great customer service!"

"The store manager "Angel" helped me with a challenging situation that her store policy prohibits. Ultimately she needed authorization form corporate but she made the effort and helped me with 5 start service. Thank you too the customer service rep in corporate "Brad" and the local store manager making my purchasing experience EXCELLENT."

"Sierra may be a good company but avoid the Santa Fe, NM store. After shopping for a while and finding nu.erous items, we were told to evacuate due to a gas leak. We were told that the store would hold our items for one day in order for us to return and purchase our items. We returned one hour after opening the next day and were told that our items were restocked. Our items are no longer available. Find another store."

"They have a decent assortment of outdoor gear and such basically good to browse like Ross but a little more outdoorsy but this location is probably the absolute slowest, most disregarding of anyone’s time that I’ve experienced. Typically have 1 maybe 2 cashiers at most and they take as much time as possible before helping the next person with no acknowledgement or care towards anyone. Be prepared to wait an extra 20-30 minutes after you’re ready to check out."
