"I had taken all four of my kids here all at once. Ages 10,8, 2, and 4 months. The experience was very nice. The staff was great and friendly and had a lot of patience. We were greeted and felt a warm welcome. The staff and Dr. Sylvester Awagu was amazing and made my children and baby feel very comfortable. Dr. Awagu is very knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. I will recommend to anyone and will be returning."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I called this morning to see if the doctor could see my son in due to the cap coming off his front tooth last night, him being in pain and his regular dentist not being in town. The woman that schedules said I could bring him in at 12:30, I told her I was working but that my husband, his stepfather, would be bringing him. She refused to give me the appointment because this doctor has a "strict BIOLOGICAL parent policy on the 1st visit". To which I said, under my breath, in a moment of frustration after having called 5 dentists prior to no avail, "that's effing ridiculous". She then sternly tries to lecture me on my use of "offensive" language. Talk about tone def, my son is in pain, the only place that said they could take him refuses to do so because of some asinine biological parent policy and you want to lecture me? Total idiot."
