"Very professional, I was in and out in reasonable time for the amount of work that I was having done. I stopped by the day before in the manager checked his inventory to make sure he had everything I needed so I would need to come back. He ordered the missing items and check me in at 9:00 in the morning and I was done within a couple of hours which was reasonable for all the work that they had done for my truck."

"The crew is always very nice and efficient. This time, however, they jumped the gun a bit. After draining my oil, they realized they did not have any conventional oil to refill the truck. My only options were to wait several hours for them to go purchase some conventional oil or upgrade to a more expensive oil ($27 more each oil change). Because I could not wait, I had to accept the more expensive product which I will have to continue to purchase as it is my understanding that once the upgraded product us in the system, it is unadvisable to revert back. The crew should double check their inventory before draining the existing oil."

He was extremely courteous, explained the process clearly. He opened doors for me and walked me to the waiting room.(I am the wife :-) ) Took care of my car quickly and efficiently and again, saw that I was safely on my way with a smile and a thank you. Thank you is extremely rare to hear these days...it's usually "have a good one". I really appreciated and respected this young man."

The store is much cleaner, a lot more technicians, and vary friendly. I brought in my wife's newest car. It's a Cadillac and she likes taking care of it.
