"I want to give a huge shout out to the assistants and the dentists at this location. Friday morning I woke up with immense gum inflation and pain. I have not seen a dentist in years. I had a lot of build up and it caught up to me. I called when they opened and they had me booked and seen an hour later. Walking into the office, the desk ladies were extremely approachable. I was extremely nervous about being judged and looked at in general and their demeanor immediately calmed me down. The office was extremely clean and welcoming. Once I was called back to be seen I was very happy with how well they treated me. They took x rays and told and the dentist came and explained what was going on. I was extremely pleased with his honesty and sincerity. They numbed me up and the cleaning went so much better than I expected. We shared some laughs and they made sure I was completely comfortable and listened when I said I could feel something or was in pain. After we were done I saw the gaps between my teeth that were products of my own doing and started crying, shoutout to the assistant who helped clean me up for wiping my tears. I am very excited to come back and see the progression of my smile with this dentist office. If I could leave 10 stars I would! Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I know my smile will get better from here!"

The dental assistant Heidi was very sweet, attentive, and gentle, and Dr. Emad Abdallah was very professional and compassionate. He diagnosed my main concern quickly, and was able to take care of the issue right then. He also informed me of the options for some of my less urgent dental concerns, and answered all of my questions promptly and assuredly. I felt secure and safe leaving my dental health in their hands. Plus the office is beautiful inside! Nobody wants to go to the dentist, but if you must, Terrell Hills makes it as comfortable as possible."
