"Not sure why there isn’t a 0 stars option. Long story short I went in for a technically third opinion since I’d had bad luck with two previous dentists with some crowns. I was tired of wasting my time and money. When Dr. Waggoner finally came into the room to check my crowns he acted very annoyed and he hadn’t even met me. He wouldn’t let me talk, kept cutting me off, and finally said ‘I’m not getting in the middle of this.’ And declined treatment for me... because he didn’t want to be liable. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I have never been treated so poorly by a Doctor, and honestly never give bad reviews, but I felt this one was necessary."

"Best dentist in the city, hands down. I've been seeing Dr. Waggoner for years and wouldn't even consider another dentist at this point. For the person below who "reviewed" them for being cited by the city, you probably weren't even there to see anything for yourself. It sounds like it was a patient, not a staff member. Pre-Covid they have ALWAYS done everything they can to protect patients and follow standard hygiene protocol, wearing masks, gloves, etc. One minor incident does not warrant a 1-star review. It's obvious that everyone else who has reviewed Dr. Waggoner has had nothing but great things to say."

"Dr. Waggoner is an excellent dentist. He is also a precise and painstaking medical professional. Who else would you want working on your teeth? He takes time with each patient to make sure they are comfortable and has an excellent staff. Maria is a very warm, caring assistant and together they make a perfect team!"

"Great staff and dentist. I had a thorough cleaning. Sometimes I go to the dentist & feel like the staff are more like sales people pressuring me to purchase the latest version of electronic toothbrush or other products & services. There was none of that here. Which made for a more pleasant experience. Hygienist was thorough and gentle, the dental assistant was personable & knowledgeable. The dentist was also thorough with his exam and explanation. I would highly recommend."
