"Excellent Customer Service from the moment you walk through the doors. I was seen at my appointment time; did not have to wait in a waiting room like other locations I had visited in the past. The attention to details in the office aesthetics is simple, elegant, and very pleasing. Employee morale is high which leads to the outstanding customer service provided. The doctor took time to explain the treatment plan, it was not a rushed experience as compared to other locations. I highly recommend Local Dental to anyone in search of a better experience."

"I can't say enough good things about this office and all of it's staff. If you are someone who has anxiety over the dentist, Local Dental is for you. From their bright, trendy reception area to their cutting edge technology, they go above and beyond to give you a comfortable experience. They even have a gorgeous therapy dog and ended the cleaning with a heated lavender scented towel! While I was blown away by their calming environment and all the little extras they put into the experience, it was the wealth of information I appreciated most. I learned more from one visit about my oral health there than I did in the last ten years at my previous dentist. You leave with no doubt about the work you may need done, because they go over the area multiple ways and explain the "why" of it, not just, "hey, you need this filling. Do it now for $309 on the spot or all your teeth will fall out". And much to my surprise, Dr Mia, the dentist, did my cleaning, which was just appreciated. Oh, and if all that doesn't sell you, they have tvs on the ceiling to watch and distract yourself with (headphones included) during your cleaning/work. Every staff member was super polite and kind, every surface was clean and bright, and the service was impeccable. Dr Mia and Dr Lee at Local Dental have a patient for life now."

"Best Dental Visit of my Life! At 53 years old, not much shocks me anymore... However, I was delightfully surprised by my visit as a new patient at Local Dental. In addition to the typical X-rays that I was used to, they used state of the art scanning technologies to construct a full color model of my teeth. Then Dr. Lee proceeded to give me the most detailed guided tour of my teeth, and their current condition, that I have ever experienced! Instead of just having to take your dentist's word for it, I could see everything she was talking about for myself AND understand it. This is SO beneficial for understanding how you can also administer self-care better and where your weak spots are. In addition to the tech, the overall visit experience feels like a relaxing trip to the spa. The exterior is pretty, and classy, and continues with that impression as you enter the inside. It looks as though an interior decorator went through and carefully crafted a pretty, warm, and peaceful ambiance. Besides the environment itself, every staff member that you encounter is also incredibly warm, attentive, and good at their job. I was beyond impressed and later felt a little bit silly as I excitedly recounted my dental visit to family and friends, but I couldn't help it. Something normally so mundane, they made just too special and cool not to share. :) Congratulations, Mr. Dr. Lee, Mrs. Dr. Lee, and staff! I wish you and your practice great success! "I had an amazing experience from the moment I walked in to when I left! They greeted me as soon as I walked in and I didn’t even sit down for 1 minute then I was called in! Mollie was a great assistant from the second I met her! She made me feel comfortable through the whole appointment especially with my TMJ problems! She took a lot of great quality X-rays and even a 3D image of my teeth! Dr. Lee was a very professional and knowledgeable. I’ve been having some pain and discomfort and he made me feel at ease with a great treatment plan! I would definitely recommend for anyone to visit Local Dental!"
