My large Hispanic family have Dr. Gonzalez as their dentist, it helps that majority of his staff and Dr. Gonzalez speak. Excellent Spanish. "The staff is so caring and gentle. Unfortunately, after having my teeth pulled and paying in advance for immediate dentures, 3 to 4 months have gone by and I still don't have a set of dentures that match my natural bite. He told me at my last appointment that he can't recreate my bite so I will need to find my new bite. This requires having to push my bottom jaw forward which hurts my jaw. The top row is 3D and Hollywood white with the bottom row conventional dentures in a different material and color. He has a tendency to get highly offended with any feedback, he was very quick to minimize every concern I verbalized and even blamed me for not being able to recreate my bite. Extremely nice man until the narcissistic traits kick in. He didn't even tell me that he can't prescribe pain control until AFTER extracting several teeth. I've given up and hired a new dentist. I've now paid for a 2nd new denture wearer package. I believe he charged me top dollar and tried to pass off shotty work with cheap dentures. Plus he did painful procedures without informed consent. As a former healthcare provider, the business is not ran very professionally."

"my visit was in and out but i didn’t like that. once i was in the dentist chair i was only there for about 5 minutes, I went home with the same pain i went in with. i haven’t been to the dentist in about 4 years i wanted a more thorough check with Xrays and at least have the dentist use tools to check my teeth. One of my issues was overlooked and when i asked the assistant what i could do about the sensitivity I’ve been having, she said “i’ll give you a cream for that” (toothpaste) which was a small sample and turned out to be expired from August of 2022. 2 stars because they were nice but I left un certain. I won’t be going back here."
