"I so very rarely give out 5-star reviews, only because I strongly believe that everyone can benefit from areas of improvement but Dr. Shelton has been my dentist since I returned from the UK (not the best place for dentistry at ALL) and on the first visit, I can distinctly remember being in tears because of the amount of work that was needing to be done but he was very gentle, reassuring, supremely kind and highly professional that I calmed down right away. The ongoing work performed by him and also by hygienist Lena were performed to an extremely high standard (especially in comparison to what I had received for the past decade) and his staff are always very friendly, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure in every way to deal with - Dr. Shelton is a man of God and operates his business in such a way that reflects his values and commitment to our faith. I am grateful for his life, for his service, and for his focus on excellence."

"The staff is very kind but their work leaves something to be desired. I had a tooth that wasn't too healthy but it was still firmly attached to my mouth and Dr. Shelton put so much pressure on that tooth while taking a mold of my mouth that the tooth became extremely loose and had to be pulled and replaced with a crown at my expense. I have implants and was supposed to get them put in at Dr. Shelton's office. After taking out my temporaries and being numbed up and had to hold a cotton piece in my mouth for about an hour Dr. Shelton told me we had to drive about a 20 minute drive to my oral surgeon's office to get the permanent implants put in. He should have called my oral surgeon before numbing me and taking out my temporaries but like before with my tooth that had to be pulled he did not take the time or caution that was needed before it was too late. Thankfully I can change to a different dentist now."
