"I went in for an oil change because my car message center was indicating an oil change was needed. The technician advised I still had oil and only needed a “top off”. Apparently the message center had not been updated with the prior oil change done at a different location. So I got a top off and an inspection, which was due this month, instead! In addition, I had front bumper damage from something that flew from a vehicle in front me while driving on 35. It caused the bumper to hang. One of the technicians actually knew how to adjust the bumper so that it no longer hung down. I can’t express how much I appreciated that. This location takes the time to make sure you are getting the service you need and then some! I will always go back to this location."

"Take 5 is very good about immediately finding out what you need while bringing you a bottle of water. Also they get you in and out very quickly. They checked both filters and showed me that they needed to be replaced."

"This is the only oil change shop I will ever go to again… I was looking for a quick state inspection yesterday and all of the other oil change places… Jiffy Lube, Midas and Valvoline were at least 45 minutes… I called take five and they said it would only be five minutes… I was extremely skeptical, but let me just say this company puts its money where its mouth is… One very happy customer!"

"I went to your shop on17080 TX-46, Spring Branch, TX 78070. The guys were nice the major problem I had, was that you store manager did my oil change and didn't put my cap back on to my antifreeze over flow and I was going on vacation. We were driving back and my car started to over heat. We pulled over to figure out what was going on, the cap was down between the engine and there was antifreeze all over my engine. I called and spoke with the associate manager and told him what happened and that I was very unhappy that they almost blow up my engine, because they were too busy messing around to make sure they were doing my oil change correctly. I had to buy a bottle of antifreeze that I shouldn't have had to get. You now have a very up set customer because I still haven't heard from to manager about this."
