"I want to start off by saying nice people clean shop but i had a horrible mechanical experience. I had a hose on egr that blew took whole day to repair the one hose and $450 just to leave get 5 miles away and one side of hose blows off. I went back they fixed issue. I made it just past Houston that night and the egr pipe they took off broke, i then noticed they took that off but never put a new gasket or clamp. Called them 3 times and asked to speak to owner but was told he would call me back (never did) and that my egr must be bypassed and thats why this happened. First my egr is not deleted and i would think seeing how they took off pipe didnt replace tension clamp and hose comming off they would help out in some way but No. Its sad the world we live in nowadays. Also after reading another review i see what they try and do it took them 1 hour to fix but tried to charge for 3 hours originally. ended up knocking 1 hour off but i believe because service managers son was on my truck he was trying to get him more time. Im just upset they never offered any remedy"
