"Scheduled an appt for myself and my 3 year old for routine exam and cleaning! Get to the appt and the provider examines my 3 year old but then states they dont do cleanings on kids his age. I should have been informed of that at the time of scheduling. So NOW, I have to ensure that they do not bill the insurance for exam AND cleaning. As for myself, despite scheduling an appt for a ROUTINE EXAM AND CLEANING, I was told the hygienest was too booked to clean my teeth but they could do an exam and probing to SEE what kind of cleaning I needed. I am 39 and have NEVER been to a dentist for a routine visit where my teeth werent actually cleaned, so I left. This could very well be standard practice but for me, that just didnt make any sense. They DID offer to SEE if the hygienist could clean my teeth but at that point I informed them that i would rather go elsewhere and be treated where they were expecting to treat me rather than being thrown on them. Call me crazy but that def makes a difference….long story short, the visit was a waste of time and an inconvenience. First and last."

"I was surprised to see that my dentist of over ten years was no longer there. At 281 n Evans Rd across near Panda Express. There was a different hygienist as well. My feedback to them both, to be a little more gentler. Although i was very appreciative of my second appt on Saturday. Went in for temp crown. Took a while, my old crown wouldn't come off. Good experience. Ty for opening on Saturday. Front desk staff super nice. Ty for everything"

"If I could give zero stars I would. I have had the most insane healthcare experience of my life at monarch dental and I’m a healthcare worker myself so I understand how patient care should be. I made this appointment several weeks ago and specifically took time off from a busy clinical schedule for an exam and a cleaning. I was told to be there at 3pm in order to be able to get both the exam and the cleaning done the same day. The hygienist came to the room and looked at my teeth and said I needed a regular cleaning and walked away. 20 minutes later, as I waited in the dental chair, the dentist comes for my exam and said I needed a regular cleaning and left. I sat there for another 15 minutes waiting for the hygienist to come for my cleaning, only to be told by the secretary that I was done for the day and that both the hygienist and dentist had left the building for the weekend. I was instructed to leave the building by the staff because there was no one there to do my scheduled cleaning. Needless to say, I’ll never waste another 90 minutes of my time with monarch dental again."

"This place is terrible! I definitely will never come back here. I set up an appointment for an annual exam with X-rays with a dental cleaning…. They only did the exam and X-rays and told me I had to come back for ANOTHER APPOINTMENT for the cleaning (which I’ve never heard of before at any dental office I’ve ever been too). The when I requested my records and X-rays to be sent to a new provider, their receptionist Nicole, told me that they cannot fax them but she would email them to me… took my email down and everything. Now all of a sudden I call back and “I’m sorry but these cannot be emailed you’ll have to get a print out or bring a usb”. Nobody every answers the phone and when they do it seems like their receptionist never knows what’s going on…Idk if she is new or what. But overall my brief experience with them has been highly frustrating. I just want my records so I can go elsewhere. The only reason I went here is because this was the office I was assigned to with my employer insurance. Definitely would not recommend."
