My son had severe oral ties that had unfortunately been overlooked by several lactation consultants and our pediatrician, so when we came to see Dr. Sage when he was nearly 6 weeks old, it was a breath of fresh air. She was so patient and gentle, not only with my son, but with me - a sensitive, tired, and hurting mama who was trying to push through really, really painful breastfeeding and make the best choices for her baby. Dr. Sage’s kindness and expertise SAVED our breastfeeding journey - after performing his frenectomy, he healed very quickly and we went on to breastfeed successfully (and pain-free) for 10+ months. Her staff is incredible….kind, warm, and welcoming. We felt seen and cared for at every appointment and will absolutely be going back for routine pediatric dental care for the years to come!"
