Because your office staff was so terrible with confirming benefits and scheduling as a possible new patient, I took my business elsewhere. Check your records. You have a referral on file from Dr. Sandifer's office. Let this be a wake-up call that there is room for improvement with your admin."

"Took my adult autistic brother to the Fredericksburg Rd location. Dr Arevelo and staff treated my brother with respect, letting him know exactly what was happening. I was updated on his condition twice. I have to say that Dr Arevelo and his team are very professional and efficient. This office is beautiful and soothing, offering calming music and calming videos of nature for those getting work done. My family and I will definitely come here should the need arise."
