"Extremely poor customer service. I called the office to schedule a new patient appointment; I received voicemail and left a message. After not hearing from them for several days I called back and left a second message. I then went to their website and saw where I could schedule online, so I attempted that, no reply. I called again and recording directed me to a number I could text. I sent a text. The person on the other end stated they were at home and not in the office so they would get back to me once in office and their online scheduling was not being monitored....then why have it listed on your website? I never heard back from them once they were in the office. I sent another text and instead got a smart reply and screenshots of texts that did not belong to me but belonged to another patient! I don't know what the purpose of that was but either way it was extremely unprofessional. I am trying to schedule an appointment not have a text argument with my dental office! If I have to call a place, send an online request and text 5 plus times and still no appointment, just pushback, then this is a provider I have no interest in establishing a relationship with. EXTREMELY POOR JOB BY STAFF SO I WOULD HAVE TO ASSUME DENTISTS AS WELL. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES."

"Went in with a seriously bad tooth that needed to be extracted and was out feeling much better within 2hrs. I really appreciated how thorough they were on doing everything right for my health while being efficient. Didn't feel any pain during the procedure until the end when my tooth was finally coming out but just a little. It was very manageable pain and I felt fine. Everyone including the receptionist were very experienced, knowledgeable, informative, and kind. I felt comfortable the whole time and would definitely go back for any future dental treatments. Thank you Dr. Smith! You and your staff are wonderful!"

"Hadn't been to the dentist in 2-3 years. The staff made me comfortable, cleaning was thorough yet efficient. The dentist and hygienist gave me information on my teeth I had never heard in my 30 years of life. Website was a bit of a deterrent as it seems dated, but I'm glad I went regardless. Equipment was clean and in good condition. Building is older but didn't impact my experience."
