Valvoline Instant Oil Change 5401 Broadway, Alamo Heights, TX 78209

"November 14, 2023, I had my oil changed. Never received a receipt and called to corporate because I was overcharged. Was sent a coupon for my troubles. December 14th, took my car to the dealership for service and was told that I was very low on oil and that my oil pan cover was missing. My battery needed to be replaced. Have been going to Valvoline all of 2023. Never had an issue when I was going to the dealership. No missing parts, low oil or being overcharged. Went to Valvoline on December 14th and spoke with Aurora regarding this issue. Still waiting for a response. Do not recommend going to Valvoline. They lose parts to your vehicle, don't put enough oil, and do not respond when there is an issue. She refused to watch the video from the dealership. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB."

"Oh my goodness, I wasn’t expecting such great service! I went just for an inspection. Elijah was tending to that, and I asked if they could check my engine & cabin filters if they had the time. Eli had Jordan check who allowed me to watch and showed me the status of the filters. Due to their exceptional friendliness with showing me how to access and even check on my own, if needed, I went ahead and had them replace them both for me. I will make sure to get those and other services done now at this location as I feel they are trustworthy and willing to educate customers. Thank you Elijah and Jordan!"

"Got me finished up in two minutes!!! I stupidly waited for about 45 minutes at the jiffy lube at 5921 San Pedro and they made me wait and wait until finally I took off and then got over here and they got me inspected almost instantly. And they do motorcycle and scooter inspections which is great. Highly recommend!"
