Inspire Dental of San Antonio

"My personal experience was not good. I was terminated as a patient just recently, Without warning or Notice. I was a patient of " many" years with previous Dentist Dr Carlos Nunez Great Man. Can't stress that enough. RIP. New Dr took over, Dr Jones and I had some not so great experiences with front desk staff. When I gave constructive criticism about there Behavior, disrespect, unprofessionalism, or lack of communication by them or sometimes no communication at all about appts charges etc. I Also noticed too many patients being booked at same time. Which could result in quick dental work but doesn't necessarily mean good work. Dr Jones took this very personally and started to resent me. Even though I was a good patient. I was surprised to hear he had done a full and thorough background check on me personally after initial complaint. He went through my entire folder he said. To see if I was a problem patient /person. Which I wasn't. He told me this. I also found out I wasn't being charged correctly and mentioning this didn't help the situation. As they had to correct there mistakes a few times I do not have insurance. At one point he forgot to exam my teeth after a cleaning because he was just that busy. Dr Jones did not even try to salvage the patient Dr relationship with me. I was hurt at first. But then realized why do I want to be where I'm not wanted or being mistreated. As he considers his staff not only co workers but close family he said. My Certified letter down below. Came as a complete shock. I know this was a form of retaliation towards me as grudges were being held by Dr and staff at this Dentistry for speaking the truth. Beware Dr Jones does NOT like Negative feedback. Especially about his staff. Starting over will not be cheap. But beats this kind of treatment. I wouldn't be surprised if this review gets deleted. Brenda. Thank you Dr Jones."

"Dr. Adetona is wonderful. Every office she moves to, we move to, as well. She has provided care to my 5 children over the last 17 or so years, maybe even longer. And now, my granddaughter is her patient! She is more than our dentist, she is like family. The staff at Inspire are great and helpful, too. I highly recommend Inspire Dental of San Antonio."
