"If I can leave a -1 star I would, came in to get an oil change for my 2022 f-250 with 15k on it and when I walked out to my truck “ready” it had literally a quart of oil leaking because the lube tech didn’t install an oil filter so my undercarriage of the truck is all filled with oil then tells me to leave it another day to wash the undercarriage and the engine bay they washed the body of the truck and didn’t touch the undercarriage or the engine bay and I still have oil drips leaking from under my truck"
"Customer Service needs attention. Ford Service has yet to call me back in regards to the lost of my personal items which was in my truck while in service. While my truck was being looked at for an estimate on my sunroof, I had requested Ford Service to take out my water container and driving glasses. When I went to pick them up, they were not able to locate them and keep getting the answer that a higher manager will need to contact me for next steps. I have probably called about 10 times asking for an update. Along with very high prices for my repair, which I did not do at Ford dealership and saved $2000 going with a repair service that is providing the same warranty as Ford, they never seem to call you back when you leave a message. I can understand you are busy, but when you loss someone's personal items when taking your vehicle in, there should be some type of urgency to get this resolved. Do better FORD Service!!!!"
"I had my car dropped of Saturday, was told by an advisor I would hear back Monday or Tuesday. I called Tuesday morning for any updates after not hearing anything Monday. I was told “your vehicle is not here”. The solution was to email the different advisors. Tuesday night I called again once again being told “your vehicle isn’t here” the solution: another email. Unfortunately I work full time and was unable to go to the shop. My mom visited the shop in search of answers. After a lot of back and forth, she was able to speak with the managers who took her in a golf cart to find my car. Once found we were told there was a glitch in the system. They gave us no estimated time or information on the vehicle after having it in their care for three-four days. I called the next day, this time I was told it would take a week to look at the vehicle because they had received it yesterday. After explains the situation, the advisor was unaware of, I was told I’d hear back from the manager. I never heard a response. It wasn’t until a week and a half my car was able to be diagnosed. I was told they just had to change the battery, witch was a one day job. In conclusion they lost my car, took over a week to even look at it and then found a simple problem with a simple solution. I also paid almost $200 in labor when I could have gotten the battery changed at auto zone or any other store."
"Horrible experience, this is the 4th dealership that I have visited. I can't turn the Volume because of MyKey a Nightmare feature that was initiated by the previous owner. To make a long story short, it needs a key made, I work during the week, so it's difficult to come over during the week. I was advised to set a appointment up for the weekend, as lines are long during the week. The lady on the phone set up a appointment early Saturday morning a week ago. The first ford dealership said the machine for making the key was broken. This one says the key was a little bent, they're unable to help me because tech support needed is off for the weekend. The car also has stutter and randomly can shift gears, the service side is also booked and has no time. The 1800 number For Ford claims that the car has various recalls, the dealership is claiming it doesn't. So I'm stuck driving a unsafe and possibly dangerous vehicle that I can't even control the volume."
