"This is the first time I have been seen here it shouldn’t take 2 hours to be seen if your appointment is at 10:00am. they over book people and the front desk staff need to be retrained on there customer service skills seriously but that’s on the management team to fix seriously I’ll make sure that I don’t refer people to come here and I will definitely will make sure that my dentist doesn’t refer anyone here so if the office manager reads this FIX YOUR PROBLEMS SERIOUSLY!!!!"

"No one likes to go to the dentist, but I can honestly say I like coming here. Often in doctors and dentist office you find that receptionist are not mean but they are not friendly either. This is not the Case here, everyone is always so friendly and caring. All the staff is so patient with me and it is important that a person is friendly when you are in such close quarters with one another so it means a lot that everyone in the office sparks up conversation and is nice during my time there. I don’t live anywhere near this office, but will always come here."
