"Office staff very nice and friendly. I was expecting to be in the office for an hour procedure but took almost two hours longer. Dr. Ahmed seem very stressed and frazzled during the first extraction which took almost 30-40 minutes. It was a very traumatizing experience, in which I had to take a 10 minutes break before preceding with the second extraction. The pain became worse after 4 days for 3 days. Was sent home with ibuprofen, OTC Tylenol and thank goodness antibiotics. No reaching out to check on me after such strenuous extractions, just my 2 weeks follow up appointment. My fiancé had one extraction with Dr. Villarreal and he provided an excellent care and him hours later after his procedure Dr. Villarreal reached out to verify his condition. Wow, what a difference!"
