"I have been loyal here for years and they always did me right. But this time, it appears they are under new management and are under orders to scam the clients now. Inspector said my wipers left streaks but couldn’t show me where (because there were no streaks), but would be happy to pass me if I bought new wipers (I just replaced them 2 months ago). I declined. Then they proceeded to fill the oil with cheap conventional instead of the full synthetic I paid for. I pointed it out and he said “oops”. I had to insist they drain and replace with synthetic, which they did. I will never go back and neither should you."

"I recently visited this location and was impressed with the staff. There is a girl who knowingly visited cars in line to do headlight checks and give status updates so customers wouldn't feel like they were waiting too long all the while moving around doing other work too. There are few things more impressive than an industrious woman that's also good at her job. All of the staff operated like a well oiled machine communicating clearly with one another and moving in deliberate ways that looked like they have received plenty of safety training. All of these things are hallmarks of good management. I'll definitely be visiting this location again if I need my oil changed or tires rotated."

"Best oil change service in San Antonio. Cassie and Jerry are awesome. I went to the Hollywood Park location in San Antonio, Texas for an oil change for my truck. I was immediately greeted by Cassie. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and overall pleasant to deal with. She and Jerry quickly checked all the preventive maintenance items, made recommendations, changed the oil and filter, explained where I could get the drain pan plug for the next oil change, I paid, and was on my way in no time. I cannot speak highly enough about these two Valvoline employees. You just don’t find that kind of customer service many places anymore."

"I have a VW Jetta which required European synthetic 0/20 and this was the only shop that had it in stock they also do tire rotations here for $24. Came around 530pm and the bays were all available. Was in and out in a matter of minutes! Super excited to have called the 800# and had them refer me to this location. The oil change ran me $106 but well worth the convenience and thoroughness. Also as a safety manager I’m happy to see all these young men wearing their PPE! Bump caps and all!"
