"I wanted to start by saying that the office staff within this practice are incredibly nice and helpful. This is the only great thing about this place. Other than that, without disclosing too much of my medical history, I’d wanted to warn people about Dr. H and how awful his bedside manners are. From what his own dental hygienist confirmed, he was rough with me and completely rude to me after my procedure. My jaw was shut closed for a week due to how rough he was when performing my filling procedure. He was so not compassionate and lacked any basic empathy for my situation. Don’t be fooled by his stoic nature, underneath it is someone who seems to be burnout and uncaring towards the people he treats. I never had a fear of the dentist but this whole ordeal has changed my perspective immensely. I still have pain from a filling procedure performed more than two months ago. Beware and don’t feel pressured to have your procedures done by this group of doctors. Do your research and trust your gut."
