They NEVER answer the phone, when you are in the office the girls at the front are always on their phones or talking about patients. I have tried getting out of their contract and it's impossible so I'm stuck with them. I wish I would've done more research before coming here. AVOID this place at all cost!!"

"I've been to Brident before and it's always alright, but I just went to this location after having been to several others and after filling out paperwork and waiting for 40 minutes, they said I had to call my insurance to move the location to theirs. Why could this not have been told at the beginning? It was clear I've never been to this one before and didn't realize even though I've been to Brident I still need to update the location. I really wish i didn't waste my whole morning driving and waiting, because then I had to leave and reschedule since they said 30 minutes wouldn't be enough time after calling my insurance. They said next time to allow an hour, which I did. I wanted just a cleaning and now this experience made me switch dentists."
