"This is my first time here and from the moment I walked in, I thought this can’t be a dentist office. The experience has been exceptional. When you first walk in the building is super clean, the smell of the office was nice, and it wasn’t loud. The front office staff were very nice and friendly. I was not standing around waiting. The check in process was very fast. Once I was called back the process was explained to me on what was to happen. The doctor asked my concerns and was able to come with a solution to the problem. I didn’t even have to worry about the cost because a rep came and explained my explanation of benefits to me. I signed acknowledgement before ever getting started. I like that because I wasn’t left in the dark and then later surprised when a bill came. I knew everything up front. I would definitely recommend Dental Hut to anyone looking for a dental office.
