"My son had his wisdom teeth removed. The dental assistant who explained the procedure before was great. Aside from that it was not a good experience. Once the surgery was done they literally wheeled him out in a wheelchair when he was still completely sedated. I had to lift him into my car from the wheelchair and then again when we got home. The supposed dental assistant was in such a hurry that she did not provide me with a copy of the prescriptions or even bother to go over the post surgery instructions. I went to pick up his prescriptions and of course only the mouth rinse was called in, not the antibiotics or pain medication. Thankfully I had some leftover pain medication so he didn’t suffer. Of course the office blamed HEB but I’ve had multiple interactions with the pharmacy with no issues so I’m certain the office dropped the ball. This office is designed to treat as many patients as possible with no regard to patient care or follow up. Stay away, find a dentist that will actually care."

"I had a terrible experience. I waited 2 hours for an Xray and consultation which is unacceptable since I made an appointment. The Dentist never introduced himself so I still have no idea who he was or if he was even a Dentist. The 1st thing he recommended was a 6k procedure to remove my wisdom teeth that wasn't needed because I haven't had any pain whatsoever. This was a clear money grab situation on their part since this was my first visit, and thankfully last. I was expecting them to clean my teeth since this was a preventative appointment, but they said due to short staff issues they wouldn't be able to. They should have told me that when I checked in and I would have gladly rescheduled. I will not be coming back and I suggest everyone else stay away from this establishment."

"Worst place. Rude staff (Prischella, the manager) puts no effort in helping the patients. Additionally, after the oral exam they recommended tooth extraction and give me a quote which was much higher. Asked to get a referral note for another doc outside but they refused to provide. All the surgeons need a referral note from general dentist to do the procedure, and that being a general dentist appointment they refused to provide referral if we plan to do that procedure outside their office, which is ridiculous."

"Sadly like most businesses/public places in the US now a total FAIL I liked the place but employees just ruin business they don’t see that they’re there to give a service for a revenue or gain of course they’re not there for free or charity reasons Before I got a referral to a different place, The woman DR that did my exam today literally went into the room saw my X-ray and decided I needed two Root Canals to start off . Before you can say that as a good Dr you need to be sure, you need to look for options for your patient or even check if it’s even hurting , root canals mean you’re loosing your tooth’s vitality it’s something very important to our health But like many bad practitioners/doctors. They look like they are in a rush to get patients out of they’re office . For people like these our country the US is going lower and lower for their lazy , inefficient, and incompetent population 1 out of ten is good and hardworking people good job for them because they are ment to be happy ."

"Brident Dental & Orthodontics: This was my first visit to the dentist in a while; the staff here has excellent customer service. I want these individuals to be recognized for their hard work. What makes an office welcoming is the first person you see when you come in. I want to give a special shout-out to Ciara, Kathy, Judith, and all the other people I may have missed in the back of the office. I also want to mention Dr. Kahlon and Carl Labella. They are some of the Best Professionals in San Antonio, Texas, and I highly recommend this office to anyone seeking treatment. I truly appreciate your kindness and blessings to you all."
