"The Dentists here are very experienced and kind. The faculty is an old local home with an added office feel. I love that small town comfort and can’t stand the “cattle processing” treatment you’d receive in the city. The staff here is great."

"This dentist, Dr. Garcia was AMAZING! It was like 7 years ago. You can check your records. I was absolutely thrilled with the service I received. In fact, my wife who was up in Utah at home (I was working in the oilfields) needed work done. I had her fly down, have her work done, also a new crown (and visit her hubby!). The BEST dentist out of maybe 15 I've been to (I'm old). I was living in Poteet and just happen to stumble upon him. Office staff was FANTASTIC TOO! Sorry so late posting a review. Right now I'm needing some dental work done and would LOVE to have Dr. Garcia do it. But, I'm living too far away. He is extremely personable and caring. So grateful I found him. "After a bit of a rocky start, my 7 year old son was taken care of completely. My son needed a molar pulled and long story short, he was seen initially by another dentist who was out of network and got antibiotics. When the Dr here at Southern Smiles saw him, he first said that we needed to see their children's dentist because he hasn't done a spacer in 30 years. We had communicated to the person who took the appt, that my son was seen by another dentist initially, where he was seen, etc. Why would you take an appt for a 7 year old if you can't take care of his needs?! After some conversation, the Dentist worked through what he needed to do, got the insurance verified for the procedure, and they went ahead and took care of my son. I'm glad we were able to work out everything. They were patient with my son, and the staff are really nice."
