"Amazing service. Great feedback. I'm only bringing my car here. They helped me on the spot and I don't know what I would have done without John!!"
"This place is awesome. They work efficiently and in a timely manner. Come see them for all your car repair needs."
"My daughter and I broke down on a Saturday headed down to Corpus. I needed to find a repair shop close to my home in Southtown. Texas Auto Repairs had good reviews and was close to me. I called Saturday afternoon and John was super helpful arranging for me to get my vehicle in and looked at asap. Ended up needing a battery replacement. The price was reasonable and service was quick and friendly. I definitely have found my new go-to repair shop in Southtown."
"I had my car towed to their shop on 07/03/2023 with their shop owned tow truck and they knocked off some $ off the diagnostic fee! Amazing, quick, and honest service! They gave me the best price and even though they had to order the part, they were very quick with the repair when the part arrived! Definitely will be taking my car back there next time I need it serviced! They have my car ready before my days off we’re over. The customer service was awesome and they made my stress go away and assured my car was in great hands!"
"08/05/23Im not sure who's giving them 5stars maybe family friends because, they need a lot more improvement and dedication. Some if not most jobs they aren't cut out for. Actually care about what y'all are doing instead of trying to charge so much!! For below average work. It seems like nowadays a lot of people who are in the mechanic business don't give a damn about the community are they pick and choose. So I recently got work done for AC I was told was a new compressor but it's hard to believe when it had to be changed out three separate times must have been from junkyard three separate times the compressor was I took my van in initially bright and early on a Monday around 8:00 a.m. didn't receive it back till about closing time on Friday that week was charged $100 diagnostic which is pretty pricey on it's own. They're real slick talkers I paid close to $1700on a 2017 van. For replacing the compressor and AC kit and AC valves being flushed and replacing supposedly. In my opinion they are very pricey and employees are trash and unprofessionalthey left my whole door practically completely black of oils, the steering wheel also my chair. My seatbelt smelled like hamburgers and the seat belt buckle was very dirty not only that It doesn't stop there!! As I was going home I realized my tank was on E I mean not a drop in there I'm not sure if my gas was stolen sucked out it's hard to believe that all my gas is gone when I know I dropped it off with half a tank at least!!. Even if per say it was used up test driving it from All The replacements from The (used parts) when I was told [new parts] you would think out of common courtesy someone would at least put $5 or $7 in the tanks to help prevent other damages ..... so the check engine light was not on after all of this as I drove my car for about 2 hours my check engine light comes on all of a sudden so it's saying that it's possibly a sensor O2 sensor I recently had an oil change and when I done my oil change I put a fuel injector so I know it cannot be that so only God knows what was messed with or loosened I won't be returning for service!. I would tow my car all the way to the other side of town before I go back there. GET MORE LOYAL & TRUSTWORTHY AND HARDWORKING EMPLOYEES WHO WANT TO WORK! WORDS OF ADVICE MAYBE ITS THE OWNER WHO IS SO TIGHT WHO KNOWS NOT MY PROBLEM ANYMORE!."
