"I called wanting to schedule a physical for myself and husband as new patients Tina answers the phone and she placed me on hold more than 3 times and longer than 5 minutes each hold it got to the point I hung up and called back and she still hasn’t made the appointment she asked for the same information more than 2 times she didn’t write anything down then when I told her I couldn’t be on hold much longer and she pulls out this ghetto attitude and starts yelling at me telling how to open and verify a chart I told her I knew how it worked and she didn’t have to yell at me I swear it’s like they don’t want new patients you know what they say the first impression is the person on the phone and what I got was a ghetto loud mouth! UPPER management if you see this her name was Tina with the medical group ! Never coming here"
