"Nightmare, went in 2 weeks ago to get a referral for a hernia surgery I need. I'm in pain. They still can't send it. My surgeon is waiting. It's crazy. Everyday I'm on the phone with the middle person. Nobody gives me a direct answer. I'm so fed up!!!! I got excited, I saw the number you posted, I called, no answer, I left voicemail. Please call me back!! I called again, no answer. What's going on????"

"They’ll schedule you, text you the time of your appointment then turn you away and say the time in the text was WRONG! still got turned away with an attitude after showing them the text staying the time of my appointment!!"

"What is the purpose of scheduling a appointment when you are not seen on time. I came 15min early to a 9am appointment didn't get called till 10am an hour after my appointment time. This is unprofessional, when asked she stated she will check but sat there laughing speaking in Spanish with her costaff. I will kot return to this clinic again!!!!"

"It’s been 4 weeks since I got my x ray they said last week they would call me with the results then I get a voicemail saying I have to make another appointment to get my results. The doctor has no notes I have to remind her everything about me every time we talk."

"I arrived at 8:45AM and my Appt is at 9AM. I saw about 7 other patients in the waiting room. I got checked in: I had my weight, height, and blood pressure checked at 9:10 and then was sent back to the waiting room. Then, they called me back at 9:20 to see the doctor. The doctor came at 10:16AM. Im giving this a 4 because I’m just grateful to be seeing a doctor period."
