"They forgot to put the brake dust shield when I went to get brakes replaced. My car was making a horrible grinding and smoking my drive home. They assured me they’d fix it. I’ve had my car since 2016 I know exactly how it sounds. I had to pay 50$ in Uber rides to bring my car back and they didn’t call me all day to tell me what was wrong with it. I dropped it back off at 7 am didn’t receive a return call until 3 pm. Got my car back and someone took my pack of cigarettes I left on my drivers side door. Will not be going here again."

"My family members and many friends have enjoyed the personal service and competitive prices that CarPro has offered for many years. A few months ago, the owner retired and Goose Auto Repair, which owns several other shops in San Antonio, is the new owner. I went for a simple first service, a state inspection and oil change. The service managers are very personable and efficient and I was happy to hear they have the records of the cars serviced by the previous owner. I own a Mini Cooper and was also informed they own another business, Goose Euro, to handle mechanical issues on European cars. They have been in business for many years and are now expanding. It seems the way with auto repair places now that, even with an oil change, they determine what other concerns the car may have and offer a list of potential items requiring further diagnosis or repair, and a cost for each. They are happy to discuss the needs and you can accept or reject as you see fit. There was no sense of a hard sell approach and I left with a very positive feeling about their approach to business. I will happily return in the future when my car has a more urgent need."
