"Update: I was told to email Eric, at the email he left below with my contact info so they can “make it right” it’s been over a week and no one has contacted me. My car warranty Silver Rock had Bravos on their in network garages, after looking at reviews I felt confident in taking my car to them. To say we are disappointed is an understatement. The original problem was never fixed, and I picked it up with it making an awful screeching noise from the breaks being replaced. I was told that it would squeak for a couple of days. I had to take the car back in, and when I was called to pick it up, just driving home the breaks were already squeaking again. We will not be returning nor referring anyone to this shop."

"Went here to service AC. Was told used dye no leak all is good paid the money, Mario seemed on top of it. 1 week later AC blowing hot air. Mario showed me bad upper valve. Replace upper and lower valve, paid the money. 1 week later AC blowing hot. Asked for Mario, no Mario can't even speak to him. The look at my AC for third time blowing hot air, told me I need new blower, Blower obviously working great just blowing hot air, so I knew they were incompetent. Gave me a quote for 1800.00, I left. I would avoid this shop."
