"Front desk associate is very friendly. Beautiful smile. Took my daughter for an Oral surgery for the very first time. I was a little worried but Cindy had answered all our questions and explained the procedure very clearly. Thank you Cindy! Oral surgeon definitely got the job done quick! He was very nice and praised my daughter. Thanks Doc! Lastly, I forgot his name IM SORRY.. But the person who wheeled my daughter out carefully in the wheelchair and strapped her in the car seat, I want to thank you as well. He was super kind. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. Definitely recommend this place!"

"They have very affordable and financing plans available for braces which is awesome however they’re staff and customer experience is horrible and give attitude towards the customers. Can never get a hold of anyone with ortho. Seems like They just take your money and don’t care afterwards about the patient. For general cleanings I’ve had to reach my kid 3 times. If there’s a scheduling conflict or issues with insurance they don’t tell you until you show up to thr appt and have tk reschedule again. Just think they should call and let yu know this ahead of time instead of showing up 3x and having tk be rescheduled each time."

"This place went above and beyond to help my daughter who has multiple disabilities and was in a lot of pain. They worked with the insurance and with us to give her the best care possible. They scheduled her oral surgery for following week and called her prescription in right away! They were thorough and made sure we understood everything.Thanks ladies. You guys rock!"

"The worst experience I have ever had! I requested two consultation appointments for braces last week and did not receive a confirmation email or phone call about the appointments. I called this past Monday morning to confirm they received the request, confirm they had my insurance’s information and didn’t need anything else from me and they told me I was good to go and that the appointments were scheduled. They called me later that Monday saying they can’t get in contact with my insurance and told me I would have to pay out of pocket. I got in contact with my insurance and relayed the information about coverage to them, but I was told they closed at 4pm and they would follow up with me the next day (today). I never received a phone call confirming the benefits and coverage so I called and was told there were no appointments in the system. I asked to speak to a manager, was put on hold for 15 minutes and then was told the manager was busy with a patient and that she would call me back within the hour. The hour came and went, I waited two more hours before calling and canceling the appointments because they’re unable to tell me that they were able to contact my insurance to confirm benefits. I was able to contact my insurance 3 times to confirm the benefits and provided step by step instructions on what they needed to do. I even offered a 3-way phone call that they declined. They don’t care about potential/new clients and are too busy to reach out to your insurance to confirm benefits before your visit and will happily keep your appointment so you can pay out of pocket."
