When I went the next day to try and get them off and they were closed during normal business hours on a Saturday with no sign saying what time they were open."

"If your store hours are listed as 11-8 you expect the store to be closing at 8. Not 7:30 not 7:40 but 8. Walked in this evening at around 7:00 and loved a pair of shoes. Walked out to check Skechers and Puma real quick. Made it back at 7:42 and the doors were locked and the associate was counting down the register. Didn’t care much for the associate just laying on the counter on his phone when I walked in. But the fact that he closed down early is unacceptable. So bad customer service on top of that losing sales. Definitely need to be addressed."
