"Greeted immediately upon entering, patient registration streamlined for efficiency. Dental assistants very attentive and knowledgeable. Then there is Dr Setiawan, as someone who's been to numerous dentists all over the country, this one is an delicate, artist, I cannot feel any of the work she has thus performed, mainly 4 fillings in not so easy to reach portion of my tooth, 0 pain, 0 discomfort. Would recommend to anyone especially kids or people afraid of a wrecking ball dentist. An outstanding credit to her profession"

"They told me yesterday to come on in and they would help me. They said that they would help me with my insurance. They didn't. I guess I just don't fit in with the people that get help. Highly discriminatory, they told me today that they couldn't help me because I had a rare bone condition in my jaw. No other dentist has refused service because of this alleged bone condition. I wonder why. It's because there is NO bone condition and they refused service because they only serve certain people and I left a bad review. If you want a good review, do better and earn it. I have to go to another place and actually have to lie to get the help I need so I can get a job and pay my bills. That's discrimination in action right there. They gave me a referral for another dentist, assuring me that they took my insurance. They absolutely did not take my insurance. My conclusion is this, they're racist against white people. I have to go to a Social Service agency and lie about being homeless to get the help I need, which is sad and pathetic but what else can I do at this point? I have bills to pay bills but I hope they're forced to shut down."
