"Horrible service, Not professional at all. I have a new 2021 Veloster n and had a blow out on my tire. These people were sent out to tow my car thinking that they will do a great job. they didn't drop the bed all the way. Also they decided to drive the vehicle fast up the ramp crushing my bumper pinning my car and spinning my wheels. All they said was "it happens". then put in reverse then fixed the bed and now they don't want to take ownership for there mistake... I'm upset and this shows how bad of a company it is. No explanation on what they were going to do no policy given to me. They never took pictures of my vehicle or nothing and now I'm stuck with a damaged car."
