"My rating is simply for the customer service I deal with every visit when I have to come in for appointments or call for rescheduling. The black lady with dreadlocks that answers the phone or is never puts any effort to solve or help with my problems, I have braces and I’ve lost rubber bands numerous of times and when I call she says the orthodontist are busy or when I come in on the day they are not available she just tells me, theyre not here today. I just wish she would put in at least of little bit more effort of tending to customers needs. I’ve heard the way she hands minority customers and she’s so rude because I’m sure she feels that she can get away with it because of the language barrier. I’m convinced she’s gotten very confortable with her job. I would really appreciate if Managment would have a talk with her about her customer service.I can’t wait until my treatment plan is over with I will not recommend any one to this particular location."

"Im a new patient and had an appointment scheduled at 8 am last Thursday. I was greeted by a not too friendly front desk employee I believe Kyla. I came in and several I’m assuming existing patients were brought to the back which pushed me being seen to 9am a whole hour later. The staff in the back was thorough, knowledgeable and efficient. Once I was sent back to the front to talk about billing I once again spoke to Kyla who had an attitude when I let her know I only wished to do the cleaning at this time and I’d have to come back since at the point it was almost 11am. She stated if I didn’t go ahead and do the cleaning today I’d have to wait until January, the front desk has made this the only time I will be here."

"Everyone was very nice. Place was clean. I just had to wait a very long time. And I'm not sure if this is a new thing with dentists but after being there for over an hour my cleaning had to be scheduled separately. I don't know why they wouldn't do a regular cleaning the same day as my x-rays & checkup. But other than the wait, it was a good experience. The dentist, tech & hygenist were professional & personable."

"Front desk representative has the people skills of a sociopath. Rude. Unprofessional. Hostile. Completely and utterly a detriment to this business. I won't be back. Searching for a better facility now. Had 2 bad experiences with her and I'm not lining up for the third. Give this woman some customer service training asap."
