"Online purchase: Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I made a purchase and the size was off. I wanted to make an exchange which they even promote to be valid for 30 days but they denied my request. Clearly they do not care about their customers. It is extremely false and misleading to package products indicating you have a 30 day exchange when it’s not valid in every case."

"Ruth was so wonderful to my friend and I today - we traveled to Austin primarily to visit the Rothy's store. She helped us try on several different sizes and was so patient with us. The other store associates were so friendly and helpful as well. Can't wait to go back!"

"They had a good selection but still limited. The associate was not able to assist too much because the store did not have the color. Sizing was an issue as Rothys run small, but the associate could only suggest a size. This is the first time I ordered shoes without trying the color and style I wanted. Shipping was quick, and shoes turned out to be what I wanted, though."

"My wife and I love these shoes they fit great they are very versatile. The service at the Rothy’s store was good after they knew we were customers ,as we typically buy online as there is not a brick and mortar store in Houston, but all in all we had a good experience. My wife ordered the shoes that she wanted and was able to try them on to make sure they were a perfect fit .she chose the color she wanted ,so we are happy with the process, hopefully they will build a store in Houston so we don’t have to drive all the way up to Austin to get our favorite shoes!!"

"I visited this store on 5/17 in hopes of buying myself a new handbag,wallet and other accessories. I've been eyeing a few different styles that they have to offer but I wanted to look and hold the bags in person to decide which one I wanted. I browsed around and it appeared that there were 2 available employees that could have assisted me or asked if I needed help or questions with anything and not a one of them offered me assistance. I looked around for a bit longer, made eye contact with one of the ladies a few times but that was about it. I'm not sure if this is the norm now but I don't want to beg anyone for assistance when the store is nearly empty and there was only 1 other shopper in the store at the time. I just ordered what I needed online."
