"Do not come here! They are EXTREMELY unprofessional. My boyfriend has gone to this place to get his bottom braces fixed. Not only did they make the problem WORSE, they installed the new braces incorrectly and it has come apart twice (ruining his ability to eat and talk properly). It was their mistake and they charged him unjustly. They have given him the run around appointments as well. Today was the final straw - they told him come first thing Monday, he took off work, he showed up, they were CLOSED. No communication whatsoever. Will they return the wages lost?? I have never heard of such an abomination of dentist office. You clearly don't care about patients and people deserve to know the truth. The least you can do is adjust this problem for free and apologize for messing up twice (and hopefully not a third time). Folks, do not come here! Ask your insurance company for some flexibility to go ANYWHERE else."

"Extremely unprofessional experience here. First issue, Dentist was taking photos of my permanent retainer with her cell phone while her case was slapping me in the face. Then I have the retainer reattached but one week later it is already loose and pops off. I come back to get it reattached again, and literally 3 days later it detached again causing more problem and eventually snaps off. I reschedule. I show up. And the office is closed after I called and texted to confirm appointment. Previous comments about free fillings must be lying or paid because they will find every way to charge you extra if you’re a new customer. Never coming here again, I suggest you avoid at all costs."

Such fair prices and amazing service by both the dentist and her staff. She found a hidden cavity while she was doing my cleaning and she even did it for me for free. Told the receptionist about that nice exchange and she told me how that was a common thing for her. I love Dr. Sandy Kim"
