"I went here with 2 broken crowns. He threw the old crowns away. I ask when I would hear from them. A week, a month. 2 weeks or so later and I still have not heard from them. I stopped by today and ask for my records. They were to email them today. They can't make follow up appointments to replace my crowns and I GUESS they can't email my records either. If they don't care for their clients they don't need my business either. They already knew my insurance would pay $3500.00. I can't see what the hold up was."
