"Their treatment did not look professional. the office manager, the doctor assistant and the doctor all together took 3 hours to place a temporary crown and take measurements for a permanent One. I was surprised when the front desk lady started working on my kids temporary crown and when I asked her if she studied, she said she is a office manager and she handles many things in the office. It's the first time I have seen a office manager working on patients. There is another incident too. When my ten year old kid upper leg got stuck in the chair, the way the doctor and the nurse behaved made me feel concerned. Instead of immediately putting the chair in a position where his leg can get unstuck the doctor was trying to figure out which button he should press to unstuck the leg. My kid kept shouting in pain for three minutes. I was surprised why it took so much time to figure out which button to press. It's like the doctor does not even know how the chair works where they put their patients.Even after getting the temporary crown my kid still keeps asking that he doesn't feel safe here in this office and he wants to see another doctor. But what to do, we already made the payment. My kid is in lot of pain with his leg and he is asking me to take him to a doctor to make sure he has not fractured when the leg got stuck in chair. He went through so much this year and when his leg got stuck , in panic I yelled at him saying why can't you look properly even when he is under the care of a doctor and a nurse. My kid kept telling me he doesn't even want to go to this doctor when we reached the premises for the appointment. I wish I listened to him. I regret now. When the nurse is not able to place the temporary crown instead of the doctor pitching in, the office manager pitches in to fix the temporary crown. This I was astonished. I have never seen a dental nurse and a office manager working on a patient majorly except here."

He has plenty of professional staff help but has to get his hands in my mouth every visit, providing extensive one-on-one care.
