"Started out great, have had both great and less than great technicians. Scheduling for my last few appointment has been terrible, extending my treatment unnecessarily. Additionally, the team has made changes to my treatment plan adding "buttons" and rubber bands without properly consulting with me. My current set of retainers seem to be moving my teeth out of alignment and then back into alignment, all the while glaring gaps in my front top teeth have yet to be addressed, keeping me along for the ride. Would love to get this "straightened out" and move on. ---Thank you for immediately connecting with me Dr Bailey, I'm looking forward to completing my treatment plan as discussed. I'll be sure to update this review based on my overall experience once completed."
