"It's a bad experience for me. I have scheduled an appointment for the deep cleaning, and I have checked-in on time, but I had to wait one and half hours outside at the reception and later the doctor started the deep cleaning and suddenly stopped in the middle and moved to other patient and again she came to me after 30 minutes and finished the rest of the cleaning. (I have spent 3 hours for 20 minutes cleaning) They will suggest invisalign for each and every single patient. If someone wants a good experience, then I would suggest looking for some other dental doctor."

"I chose Dr. Zamora/this location in Las Colinas for both my husband and me based on the following: 1. In network 2. The favorable ratings outweigh the lower ratings 3. Last minute, end of year had to use benefits before new year 4. Close to my home 5. I was impressed that most of the online lower rated reviews received a reply, and a plan of correction was offered by calling the office to discuss the issues further My husband is very hesitant when it comes to visiting the dentist’s office because of past experiences. I typically will go to his appointment with him and to kind of clarify services/procedures that are ‘suggested’, make sure insurance benefits cover these procedures as well as help him with the medical terminology. Regrettably, I was not able to make the first office visit with him. My husband was overjoyed when he left the visit, he called me with extreme happiness! Which is why I went ahead and made MY appointment. Pros: 1. Very kind, happy, and patient staff 2. Clean 3. Appear to work well as a team 4. Staff were very respectful of my special healthcare (Vertigo) needs during my visit 5. Front office staff person x2 was very very very open with EOB and transparent with costs! PERFECT 6. Dental hygienist was on point! 7. Explained everything they were going to do and why Cons for me only: 1. Staff explained to my husband that there was a payment plan, however, were not specific that it comes from a third-party and pending credit approval (I had to phone the office the day of his appointment to clarify) 2. For my appointment, I was given an etiology for my oral issues and correction plan/services needed however, not given or asked if I had any questions for home care for my specific oral hygiene. In the medical field for 33 years myself, irrespective of the patient’s education or experience level, Patient education is important to me. In their defense, however, communication goes both ways and personally I feel I should not have to, but I could have easily requested aftercare instructions/suggestions until my next appointment. I will return in a few weeks for a cleaning and feel confident in the staff to inquire and consider several other procedures, both dental and cosmetic. Hopefully my review will not be seen as a personal attack but rather as a reminder of how important patient experience and education is. "Yesterday, I had an extraction. My nerves were at an all time high and I had been dreading that procedure. The dentist and the rest of the staff were amazing. During the procedure the Dentist and the gentleman that assisted were both amazing. They made sure I was ok and comfortable the whole time to the point where the tooth was out and I didn't even know it was out! Wow! This was such an amazing experience!"
