The dentists are super nice, and they are fantastic at explaining procedures in a kid-friendly way. My child actually looks forward to dental visits now. It's a five-star experience all around! "Since I’m a top contributor in reviews I definitely was going to leave one for this practice. So far this some nice front desk staff as well as the hygienist when it comes to appointment scheduling and answering concerns and questions to help your kiddos feel welcomed in a sense! However, the doctors attitude was her way or the highway. She insisted on sedation for one of my toddlers and I was in disagreement as they’ve had dental work under moderate sedation. I advised I only wanted specific work done on my toddler for her molars to last. I was than advised that sedation was the only way she will treat my toddler an still would do all the work an i refused! I will not have a dentist advise an pressure me vs. listen to the parents and wanting to help them. Her attitude was fake and honestly we’ve had better dentist which we will be going back to. I don’t mind ever paying for any treatment however she didn’t feel “comfortable “ placing caps on a 4 year old when I’ve been through it before. If you want a dentist that cares enough to understand an listen to the parental this is NOT the place to be please go elsewhere. Doctors preference so it’ll be easier for her to take her time and do all the work that i denied of a that’s fine i wouldn’t have someone like that work on any of my family.. definitely will be informing my fellow colleagues about this practice as I work in the medical practice an this is not the way you assist patients. Response: I understand however, you can’t force to get entire treatment vs no treatment. We did indeed thanks!"
