"I was reminded today as my twins walked in to their visit just how long we’ve been there. From tiny 2 year old babies that came from major neglect and childhood trauma to sprouted up almost 14 year old young men. That’s 12 years here just with them - my son went there for years prior as well. Although we moved to another city after getting custody, we continue to drive 20 minutes to them because I know their care has always been consistent. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. I’m already worried at the thought of them having to move to adult therapy in a few years. We are so thankful for ABChildren’s staff for being a part of our journey and being so patient with the kids!"

"Please avoid this place. Bad policies. Waste of time. I had personally been to the office to take appointments. But they cancel your appointment if it’s not confirmed by text message. You get a threatening message giving you 1 hr to confirm or else they will cancel the appointment. This is sent at 1:54 pm and you have 1 hr to respond. And guess what, they close at 2 p. So they are not there to attend your call. When you call the next business hour the appointment is no longer available. Just give us a call to confirm appointment than relying on some junk text message! This is not how other businesses work! No one wants to see your big ‘policy’ explanation as it’s already there on other reviews. Don’t give a hard time to people. Not worth it. Take it easy ok."
