"I have never written a review for a doctor or a dentist, but I want people to know that seeing Dr T has been absolute best dental experience of my life! She will put you at ease immediately - absolutely no judgement. I unfortunately had 3 really serious dental issues back-to-back (they stayed one night until after 7:00 to finish). I have always feared and dreaded the dentist. Not anymore, I have total and complete trust in everything that she tells me and does. I have never had to wait and even if I did, I certainly would not want them to rush me out of the dental chair without completing just to keep their practice on time. Things happen and I would rather have the excellent care that I did than on time care."
"Dr.T is one of a kind! I came in for my first cleaning since the practice was sold by the previous dentist, and Dr. T herself was the one who cleaned my teeth! She was very warm, patient, and thorough- so much so, that she diagnosed eight cavities that needed to be addressed and/or repaired. Being a VERY nervous patient, Dr. T made it a point to take my treatment plan slowly, and at a pace that I was comfortable with. She and I would show one another videos of our dogs before each appointment to help put my mind at ease before getting my fillings done. I had a total of four appointments, spread out over three weeks' time, and each appointment, she praised how well I've been doing, considering what an anxious person I am in the chair. I would highly recommend her, and her front office staff is delightful, as well!"
"I know Dr. Thirtha for more than 20 years. Dr. Thirtha is very passionate about her profession and highly committed to the patient care. She is very humble, honest and compassionate human being with great sense of humor. I would highly recommend her practice for dental care without any hesitation."
"Dr. T and her staff have my highest recommendation. Their friendly and professional approach creates a welcoming atmosphere. Numerous family members and friends have switched to Dr. T, all echoing positive sentiments about her and the team. Managing anxiety is a challenge for me, but Dr. T and her staff make the experience comfortable and inviting from the moment you step in. I highly suggest this dentist to anyone. Having been to Dr. Jones before, I've now found an exceptional dentist in Dr. T, and I'm sticking with her!"
"I was a patient of Dr. Jones. He was wonderful. I am sad that my experience with the dentist who bought his practice was awful. I had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time. The hygienist was backed up. She also did a terrible job. I have never had water splashed all over my face before. I had to wipe my face 7 times. I asked for a paper towel and was told they didn’t have one. Used my sleeve. When I got home I found the peel off lid from the cleaner inside my bra. She was super messy in her work. Then the dentist came in and told me I have a cavity. No, actually you have 2. No you have 3. Wait these are in between the teeth which means you have cavities on both teeth. So now its 5 cavities. And this one here? That’s probably a cavity too. So 6. I have never had a cavity. I met the new doctor at my last appointment with Dr. Jones. She asked me if I had any cavities and when I said no, never. She said to me “you’re a dentist’s nightmare”. I said “excuse me”. She said “yes, someone with no cavities is a nightmare for a dentist.” I had a bad feeling then, and I should have listened then. I have gotten a second opinion (and new dentist). Shocker, no cavities."
