"I went in for an exam today and I ended up getting a tooth extracted. I felt no pain and I was so comfortable the whole time. Everyone was so nice and explained everything I needed to know. I'm very happy with my visit."

"I had an upper denture made for $1050.00, paid cash because they don’t take medicare insurance. I had them make it because they did such a good job 12 years ago, and they have a lab on premises. I was very unhappy with what I got. They do not match my bottom teeth and are pushing my remaining teeth. They also hit my teeth if I try to chew with them. I told them that they weren’t fitted right and that I was only going to be in town for another week. They did not fix the problem or replace them for some that actually fit. Very disappointed in them. Their quality has really gone down. I would never recommend them to anyone. I feel like they take advantage of elderly patients. Go at your own risk."

The front staff always greets the customer's, assists with check in if needed, and makes the process time simple. Dr. Joe, Dr. Ismail, and the rest of the dental staff are very kind and caring. "Delightful experience even at the dentist which I dread with extreme anxiety to the point of almost panic from past trauma and mistreatment from the dentist. Today I saw Dr. Ismail for a bone spur that just would not budge on it's own or with my help. It was in the very back top area in a hard to reach spot. I had dealt with them since my extractions but this one was the worst. Dr. Ismail did a thorough exam of my entire mouth and took x rays and gave me two options for removing this (for me) massive shard of bone sticking out of my gums. She made sure I was completely numb before proceeding and painlessly and quickly removed the bone spur. She was sensitive about my anxiety and did not dismiss it. She has a calm and caring way about her. I was very pleased with the outcome. Dr. Joe is nice too! Sterling has fair prices for people like me without insurance. A+"
