"If I could give it less I would!!! Front dress worker on the ortho side is very rude on phone customer service is none!!!!! Plus I was fighting to get refunded money back for almost 5 months!!! This is for the one on beltline in Irving tx!"
"Do not go to this dental/ortho office. They lie and say procedures are covered when they are not. They suprise bill you. (Manager Gina Webster claimed to have wrote off the charges but did not and still being billed for it) called to talk about it and she was rude, kept talking over me, and hung up on me. They try to rip you off for money, stating you need procedures done when you don't. The lack of integrity and customer service skills is disheartening. Added: The bill was $200 something (she claimed to haven written it off and now a year later I receive a bill for same date of service for $200 something dollars) What was written off? Nothing they lie and charge for services they claimed were covered. What is the regional managers number? The two numbers provide are for a call center. Note: they never got me in contact with the regional manager, and I paid a % of my remaining balance to cancel my daughters ortho services and they still haven't cancelled it and still are billing me. It has been two months."
"If you decide to give Jefferson Dental a try, carefully check your bills. I have been fighting to get a refund for several months now, having been overcharged several hundred dollars over the course of a year. Ask for a patient ledger, double check your EOBs, beware the automated 3rd party billing company they use. 3rd party billing (rabpay) says they just charge what they're told to charge, so the problem is at the local office. The office told me that they've submitted my account to an advocacy org to be audited, but I continue to be told "they're still working on it". Each time I'm told "we'll get back to you tomorrow" I hear nothing. As far as the owner telling me "please reach out to us via text or call" I've DONE that numerous times. If you are wondering which customer I am, why don't you just call back all of the customers who have had their accounts audited?? I'm sure they'll appreciate the update, I certainly would. If you, the "owner", wanted to truly be helpful, you'd give me a specific person with a specific phone number to reach out to, rather than just sending me to the call center who handles your phone calls, only to be ignored again."
"I will never go to a dentist without calling insurance first. It is a headache and no one in the building will help. There is a rude payment service they use which isn’t any help because they won’t work with insurance. When calling the office they say you owe nothing. The whole process is garbage. Don’t accept service or sign anything without getting with your insurance first. Let’s see how fast they a$s go then."
"Dr.Dinal Patel did a really good job at cleaning my teeth super nicely. He’s also very nice and friendly and he will make sure you don’t feel discomfort while the cleaning session. I Recommend !"
