"Staff may be the only reason I gave it 2 stars, they are very nice. The system they use for scheduling is not good. They are always backed up and not clear of instructions. If it is a simple procedure, they are better at managing the daily schedule. If it is a surgery or more complex procedure, odds are you will be delayed a couple of hours. i have been delayed for more than 3 hours. Seems like they schedule as many people as they can within a specific hour and hope for everything go smoothly, which is hard for things to go as planned. When anything can delay the schedule (paperwork, patients, doctors, surgery, etc.)"
