Personality behind the front desk service writer / owner rude I will answer any of my questions oh, bad attitude slamming stuff around. I will never go back spend my small fortunes there I'll take my business elsewhere. I feel that if I'm going to spend 30 $40,000 a year an auto repair shop they could at least do it with a fictitious smile.
