"Honestly when we started coming here over 5 years ago, it was great. Now you can even get a regular cleaning with the main dentist for over 2 months out. The main front desk person- is the worst. I received an email confirmation for my appointment 2 weeks in advance. I had scheduled the cleaning 6 months out bc it was done at my cleaning. My schedule changed so I hit RESCHEDULE. The reply you get is, thank you someone from our office will call you or you can call us. So I called. Immediately after I read that. I spoke to said front person when I called. She let me know Dr Yates had no availability until May or April. She said the other dentist was available earlier but I told her no thanks, I only see Dr Yates. I said just keep my appointment. Low and behold I walk in today and my appointment has been removed. I'm naturally irritated. I took PTO to make this 830am appointment. But at this point I know I can't be seen so I say just reschedule me. But before I say that I told her I KNOW I spoke to her on the phone that day and told her to keep my appointment. She said 'Well there was a miscommunication on YOUR part'. Ok. So as she's trying to schedule me, she tells me the availability with the other dentist- that she KNOWS i won't see. And I'm like you already know I won't see anyone but Dr Yates so why are you telling me about the other dentist! Anyhow, I won't lie, I was thoroughly irritated with this human and I got loud in there. She refused to schedule my appointment and told me- you ALWAYS have an attitude when you come in here! Oh and when my husband goes there, if he’s even late 5 mins, they will tell him he can’t be seen for being late! Yet everytime he has an appointment he is kept waiting for at least 20 mins. The last few times both of us have been there, the level of professionalism of the assistants etc, are completely unacceptable. They would have personal conversations where patients can hear. This incident this morning confirmed for me I no longer will support this local establishment. And the office manager refused to schedule me anyways and escorted me out the door. Well, they definitely have lost my entire families business and I know they don't care."

"I was going to another dental office that relocated. I changed to Little Elm Dentistry. Dr Liao explained everything that I needed in detail and worked with me in planning a treatment plan that I can handle. First, she took care of a couple of my cavities. Then we scheduled an extraction with the Oral Surgeon. She did a great job on my tooth that had broken roots that were coming back up through my gum. The Oral Surgeon handled it quickly and flawlessly (I only needed local anesthesia). It healed with no issues. I now need to plan on getting the periodontal treatment handled and 2 crowns replaced. I am confident that Dr Liao will do a great job."
